Delivery Information

At SRKD Limited, trading as Krishna Mart, we aim to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and convenient — including delivery right to your door. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Delivery Services

We offer delivery services (the “Delivery Services”) using our own delivery team or authorised delivery providers (“Delivery Service Providers”).

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Orders will be delivered within 7 business days from the date of purchase.
  • If we anticipate a delay beyond 7 business days, we will notify you by email and/or phone to update you on your order status and provide an expected delivery timeframe.

3. Delivery Address and Availability

  • Deliveries will be made to the address provided by you at checkout.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that you (or an authorised person) are available at the delivery address to receive your order in person.

4. Authority to Leave (ATL)

  • If you are not available during the scheduled delivery, we can leave your order at your door only if you have provided prior written consent.
  • You can give your ATL permission by emailing us at order@krishnamart.co.nz before your order is dispatched.

⚠️ Important: Krishna Mart is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of orders left unattended at your address after delivery with your written consent.

5. Missed Deliveries & Redelivery Charges

  • If no one is available to receive the delivery and we have not received ATL consent, your delivery will be rescheduled.
  • Redelivery charges will apply, based on your delivery suburb.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing order@krishnamart.co.nz with details and photos (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund or replacement at our discretion.
