Refund Policy

At Krishna Mart, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully.


Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Perishable items, such as food, fruits, vegetables
  • Newspapers or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Calling cards
  • Health and personal care products

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
  • Items not in their original condition, or damaged not due to our error

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank – processing times vary.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at:

Shipping Returns

To initiate a return, please email us at order@krishnamart.co.nz. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
